Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a traditional healing practice originating from Chinese medicine that involves inserting thin, sterile needles into specific points on the body, known as acupuncture points or acupoints. These points are located along pathways called meridians, which are believed to conduct vital energy (Qi) throughout the body.

The primary goal of acupuncture is to balance the flow of Qi, alleviate pain, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being. It is commonly used to treat a variety of conditions, including chronic pain, headaches, digestive issues, and stress-related disorders.

Modern research suggests that acupuncture may stimulate the nervous system, enhance blood circulation, and trigger the body’s natural healing responses, making it a valuable component of integrative healthcare.

Cupping
Cupping is a traditional therapeutic technique commonly used in East Asian medicine. It involves placing special cups on the skin to create suction, typically using heat or a vacuum. This suction helps increase blood flow, reduce muscle tension, and promote healing.

The cups, which can be made of glass, bamboo, silicone, or plastic, are placed on areas such as the back, shoulders, or limbs. The negative pressure created by the suction helps draw blood to the surface, which may result in temporary circular marks or bruises.

Cupping is used to alleviate muscle pain, reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and aid relaxation. It is also believed to help remove toxins and promote overall well-being. Many athletes and wellness enthusiasts use cupping to support muscle recovery and enhance physical performance.

Herbal therapy
Herbal Medicine Therapy is a fundamental aspect of traditional Korean and Chinese medicine that uses natural plant-based ingredients to promote healing and restore balance in the body. These formulas may include roots, leaves, flowers, seeds, and other herbal components, carefully combined to address specific health concerns.

The primary goal of herbal therapy is to harmonize the body’s internal systems, boost vitality, and address underlying imbalances rather than just alleviating symptoms. Formulations are often customized based on an individual’s unique constitution, health condition, and symptoms.

Herbal medicine can support a wide range of health issues, including digestive disorders, chronic pain, stress, immune support, and more. It is considered a holistic approach that works alongside acupuncture and other therapies to promote comprehensive well-being.
